Grant is contacted by the principal of a century-old high school in Pocatello, Idaho, that is rumored to be haunted. The school's security cameras capture an unexplained electrical disturbance, followed by what appears to be a ghostly apparition.
The Lady in the Window
The team travels to Albion, N.Y., to help a home renovator whose dream project has become a nightmare. A tale of warring wives and tragic death on the property has Grant and the team believing the home may be haunted by one of its former matriarchs.
Return to St. Augustine
The team comes to the aid of a woman in Hanover, Penn., who has been tortured for years by unexplained activity in her home. Grant returns to the St. Augustine Lighthouse to investigate a reported increase in paranormal activity around the landmark.
The Cursed Castle
Guests and staff of a stately hotel find themselves seeking escape from a variety of spirits. The team learns of a history of destructive fires on the property, A forensic sketch artist is enlisted to help identify a mysterious “woman in white.”
There's Something in the Seminary
Grant and the team travel to the nearly 200-year-old Madison Seminary in Madison, Ohio to help an enterprising amateur ghost hunter.
Dancing With the Dead
The Ghost Hunters visit the Athenaeum, which is a cultural center that has stood in the heart of Indianapolis for over a hundred years.
Suicide Hotel
The team journeys to the Original Springs Hotel in Okawville, Ill., after reports of specter sightings and unexplained activity, combined with the resort's remarkably morbid history, have the owner's son concerned for the safety of his mother.
Home for the Haunting
The team comes to the aid of a single mother and her young son who are afraid that spirits in their Victorian house in Willimantic, Conn., may be a threat to their safety; Kristen investigates claims of a child's voice in an upstairs bedroom.
You've Been Warned
The former owner of the Duff Green Mansion in Vicksburg, Miss., warns the new owner of the bed-and-breakfast about the strange paranormal activity he observed at the mansion for decades, but she simply does not believe in ghosts.
Blood on the Bayou
A Louisiana woman worries that her family plantation may be haunted by its troubled past; with countless deaths on the property over the plantation's 200-year history, the list of spirits that may be present at the large estate is seemingly endless.

Cousins Luke and Chelsea purchase a hospital that was abandoned for 44 years and want to turn it into a bed-and-breakfast; their plans come to a screeching halt as strange things begin to happen soon after starting renovations.
