Overview
Nuori nuohooja Lubicchi asuu isojen savupiippujen ja paksun savun eristämässä kaupungissa. Lubicchi haikailee taivaalla oletettavasti olevien tähtien perään, joista hänen isänsä aina kertoi. Eräänä taianomaisena Halloween yönä hän tapaa Poupellen, roskista tehdyn miehen. Yhdessä he katsovat haikeana taivasta ja heidän suuri seikkailunsa alkaa.
