Year One in the North
Synopsis
En 1868, après la chute du Japon dominé par les Shoguns, le nouveau gouvernement ordonne aux habitants d'Awaji, près de Kobe, de se réinstaller dans le nord de Hokkaido. Ces habitants soutenaient autrefois les anciens samouraïs. Deux ans plus tard, plus de 500 d'entre eux s'installèrent sur leur nouveau territoire sous la conduite de Hideaki, époux de Shino.
