Lindsay Lohan is filming a new movie with her ‘Mean Girls’ co-star Tim Meadows.
The Hollywood icon and her colleague were on screen together two decades ago for the legendary teen movie. Now, Lohan and Meadows, who played the role of Mr. Duvall in ‘Mean Girls,’ are set to collaborate again. The project, titled ‘Our Little Secret,’ is intended to be a Christmas film in the style of a romantic comedy. The direction is by Stephen Herek, with a script written by Hailey DeDominicis.
The plot of the film, produced by Netflix, revolves around two embittered ex-partners who are forced to celebrate Christmas together after discovering that their current lovers are siblings. Lohan’s ex in the film is played by Ian Harding. Additionally, Jon Rudnitsky, Chris Parnell, Dan Bucatinsky, Henry Czerny, Katie Baker, Ash Santos, Jake Brennan, and Brian Unger have been cast in the film.
‘Our Little Secret’ is one of the projects Lindsay Lohan will realize in collaboration with Netflix. After making her acting comeback about a decade ago, the 37-year-old has already been in front of the camera for two productions of the streaming service. About the contract with Lohan, Netflix’s Independent Film head Christina Rogers said in 2022, “We are so happy with our collaboration with Lindsay so far and look forward to continuing this partnership.”
