Indeed, Ryan Reynolds is set to make the world uncertain again – perhaps with a joke or two. Just in time for the Christmas holidays, the result of another bidding war among several studios has emerged. This time, it’s an action-comedy led by everyone’s favorite Deadpool, Ryan Reynolds.
The details are, to say the least, sparse; we don’t even know anything about the plot itself. However, Deadline has at least heard that there is room for an ensemble cast in the style of “Ocean’s Eleven” and that the story will unfold in international settings. Sounds a bit promising.
Simon Kinberg (“Deadpool”) is producing, Dana Fox (“Cruella”) is writing, and the premiere is set for some time in the future.
